Lawn care

Lawn care business software: prices and plans compared (2026)

Lawn crews live on recurring visits, tight routes and fast quotes. Here is what the main lawn care apps charge right now, taken from each vendor's own pricing page, and where we would start looking depending on the size of your operation.

Prices checked on vendors' own pages:

Where we'd start looking

Based on published prices and plan features. We haven't run hands-on trials of most of these apps yet; here's what that means.

Hands-on

From our Jobber trial (Oct 29, 2026)

We started a Jobber free trial under our review mailbox, as a review account (not a real lawn business), and built one sample quote and one recurring job with obviously sample data. This is what we saw on day 1; it's a first look, not a full review.

A quote with two line items at sample prices we typed: a $45 mow, and a $150 yard clean-up marked optional.

Client preview of the same quote: the optional line shows as Not Included and the total counts only the mow.

Screenshots are our own, from the trial account. Prices in them are sample numbers we typed, not Jobber's prices. We have not yet run hands-on trials of the other app on this page.

What matters for a lawn care business
